1.People are frequently unaware of local issues and challenges. Most of them are information consumers rather than information hunters

2.People are motivated not only by seeing needs but also by building social relationships

3.People want to browse what around them and want to know  what they could do. Because of this, venders frequently lose potential ongoing customers because they don’t have the capacity to support people effectively.
